On your phone's calendar
Google Calendar and Apple Calendar can subscribe to this calendar and keep it up to date on their own — shifts, appointments, and the hours you actually worked.
Calendars you follow
Paste a calendar link and it shows here beside your own. Google: a calendar's settings → Secret address in iCal format. Apple: iCloud Calendar → share → Public Calendar link.
The Master List
The Master List
Write it down in any order. Number it after. Checking it off turns it yellow and it stays — archive it when you want it out of the way. Roz can order it if you ask her to.

Xpense
“Drove from home to Blanchard, then Bayview, then Athol, then home.”
“45 miles to the estate sale and bought five books for resale — 12, 8, 15, 9 and 24.”
So "drove from home to Blanchard and back" just works. A day can be a whole chain: "home to Blanchard, then Bayview, then Athol, then home." Stays in your book, nowhere else.
So "then back to the office" is a place Roz knows.
—The same book as Xpense OS on your phone. It is tied to your account here, so signing in on any phone brings it along; Xpense OS itself opens it with this code.
Some things could be either — lunch, a laptop, a tank of fuel. If you say "for work" or "for the kids" Roz uses that. This is only for when you don't.

The breakdown
Federal income tax is figured with the 2026 standard deduction and brackets; Social Security at six point two percent and Medicare at one point four five. State is a flat estimate from the table, or the rate you typed. Your real stub will differ a little — this is the number to plan around, and it is what Reports show as estimated hourly pay.

First, your stockroom
Everyone in the office shares one stockroom. The owner opens it once; everyone on the team joins it with the six-letter code the owner hands out.

Alerts
Two alerts, and only two: your shift starts in half an hour and you have not tapped in, and your shift ended and you are still on the clock. Install the app first on iPhone (the strip at the top), then turn them on.
Off. Turn it on and the phone nudges you when a shift is about to start, and when you have been on the clock a long time.

My backup code
If you ever cannot get into your email, this twelve-character code opens your office on any phone. Keep it somewhere safe; anyone holding it can open the office too.
The two codes inside it
Your account holds a clock card from The Hours MOS and a book code from Xpense OS, so this office reads the same punches and the same book as those apps. If you already use either app, put its code here and nothing is lost.
About

The short version
This office keeps what you put in it so it is there tomorrow. It is yours. Nobody else can see it, nobody sells it, and when you are done you can take it out.
What it keeps
Your account. Your email and a scrambled form of your password (the real password is never stored, so nobody here can read it). Your name if you typed one.
The stockroom. The list of supplies and their counts, every pull, restock and count with who did it and when, the office name and its join code, and who is on the office. All of it sits on the house store under the office, and your own Master List, calendar, documents and Records sit under your private badge.
Your phone, if you turn alerts on. A delivery address for push alerts. Turn alerts off in Settings and it is thrown away.
Who sees it
Everyone on your stockroom sees the supplies, the counts and the moves — that is the point. Your own list, calendar, documents and Records are yours alone. Accelerated Experiences keeps the server running and does not open your office or read your files.
Roz. When you ask Roz for something, the words you said plus the office facts she needs to answer (the supply list with its counts, what is low, the latest moves, your list) go to the AI service she thinks with. They are not kept there, and nothing is written until you tap Do it.
Your calendar feed and the sheet feed. If you subscribe on your phone, Google or Apple reads your calendar from a private address; if you use Export, Google Sheets reads the supply list from another one. Each address is a secret; anyone holding it can read that one thing, so share it only with the office. Tap New address and the old one stops working.
What it never does
No ads. No selling or renting your information. No tracking pixels, no analytics cookies, no third-party trackers of any kind. No reading your office to "improve the product."
Taking it out
The supplies and every move export to CSV any time. Records download. To close the office for good, the owner signs out and writes to the address below; the stockroom and every account on it is removed from the store.
