What software do engineering firms use to run projects, QA/QC and the PE seal?

By Accelerated Experiences LLC · Post Falls, Idaho · Updated October 30, 2026

Truss OS is engineering firm software from Accelerated Experiences LLC that runs the firm in one system: pursuits and fees, projects by phase, RFIs and submittals, calcs with an independent check, the PE seal, permits and billing. Civil, mechanical or software, one core runs the firm and you switch the discipline module. It is one flat monthly price, never per seat.

What Truss OS does

The PE seal gate

Nothing goes out for construction until a licensed engineer seals it. Sets waiting for the stamp sit on the home screen.

Calcs get a second check

Calc packages go through an independent check before they are allowed near a set, and the ones waiting are counted every day.

One system, every discipline

Civil, mechanical or software: the same core runs the firm and you switch the module.

Pursuits with a go or no-go

Every pursuit gets a go or no-go, and the fee proposal is built before the letter goes out.

RFIs, submittals and permits

Who has the ball on every RFI and submittal, and every permit in review, so nothing waits on the engineer unnoticed.

The firm's health numbers

Utilization, net multiplier, realization, backlog, AR and WIP come from the same hours and invoices, not rebuilt at quarter end.
